At EraScents, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following terms:
- We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any product that does not meet your expectations.
- Requests for returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return or exchange, the product should have at least 90% of the contents remaining in the bottle.
- Return or exchange requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that delivery charges for your return or exchange order are non-refundable.
- Customers will be responsible for covering delivery charges for exchange orders.
- Please note that Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are intended for fragrance testing purposes only.
- In the event of damaged goods, leakage, or incorrect products, EraScents will cover the delivery charges for return or replacement.
