Return & Refund Policy

At EraScents, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following terms:

  • We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any product that does not meet your expectations.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, the product should have at least 90% of the contents remaining in the bottle.
  • Return or exchange requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that delivery charges for your return or exchange order are non-refundable.
  • Customers will be responsible for covering delivery charges for exchange orders.
  • Please note that Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are intended for fragrance testing purposes only.
  • In the event of damaged goods, leakage, or incorrect products, EraScents will cover the delivery charges for return or replacement.
